Quick safety tips (avoid scams)
- Meet in a public place when possible. Bring a friend for high-value items.
- Never share OTPs, passwords, banking PINs, or āverification codesā.
- Be cautious of āurgentā stories and pressure to pay quickly.
- If something feels off, walk away and report the listing.
How to report a listing
- Open the listing.
- Tap/click Report.
- Select the reason and submit.
We review reports and may hide/remove listings or restrict accounts to keep the platform safe.
Boost / Premium listing (PayFast)
My payment went through but the listing isn't boosted
Boosts apply after payment confirmation. If it hasn't updated after a short while, contact support with: your listing title + approximate time of payment.
I cancelled payment
If you cancel or the payment fails, the boost won't be applied.
Refunds
If you believe there was an error, contact support. Refunds are assessed case-by-case where required by law.
Account & listings
I can't log in
Double-check your email + password. If needed, use the āForgot passwordā option.
I want to remove or edit my listing
Go to My Listings, select the listing, then edit or delete.
My images won't upload / show
Try smaller images, check your connection, and refresh the page.
